How will I receive notifications about my order?
You will receive one order confirmation email and one shipping information email containing a link to your tracking number once the order ships. Additional order information may be conveyed via email or telephone by contacting Customer Service at [email protected]
I made a mistake on my order or changed my mind, can I change my order?
Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to make changes to it. Changes include but are not limited to color, pattern, additional items, removing items, and shipping method.
Can I cancel my order?
We have a very narrow window of time after your order is placed where we are able to cancel, please contact us immediately at 972-231-8209 or [email protected].
How will I know my order was processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been submitted. You should receive it no later than 24 hours after your order has been placed.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your order on UPS website.
When will I get my order?
Orders take 3-4 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, the timeframe depends on the method you’ve chosen and your shipping destination. With processing and shipping timeframe, your order should arrive between 4-8 business days.
My order has been processing for more than 4 business days, what is going on?
If you placed your order during a promotion period processing timeframes are extended to 4-12 business days. If you think there is something wrong with your order, please call or email us: [email protected] or 972-231-8209.
I received my order but something is missing, something is damaged, or I received the wrong item, what can I do?
Firstly, we are terribly sorry! Secondly, please call or email our Customer Service team and we will resolve for it for you.
I need to change the address, add something to or remove something from my order. How can I do this?
Once your order is submitted, we cannot make any modifications to the merchandise selections. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
Estimated date of arrival depends on the shipping method selected. Please note the below cut-offs when considering a shipping method.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day
Orders placed after NOON EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday

No, we do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO box?
No, however we will eventually introduce this feature.
At this time we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous states and Hawaii and Alaska. We hope to expand to U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, and other countries in the future.

I tried to use two different promotions on my order, why didn’t it work?
Most offers cannot be combined with other offers. Therefore, the site will only accept one offer per order.

How many samples collections can I order at one time?
Only one sample Try & Buy collection at a time, please.
When should I ship it back?
The sample collection should be shipped (postmarked) by the seventh full day after delivery. Don't forget to send everything back, the sample collection, the box, and especially the bubble wrap. If the seventh day falls on a weekend or holiday, send it out the next available business day. Give us a call if you need an extra day.
Do I pay for shipping?
No, the shipping label is on us! And to let you in on a little secret: if you decide to order from us, shipping is always free!
What happens if I don't return the sample collection?
We will charge your credit card for the full amount of the sample pieces that were not returned ($19-$144.99, plus sales tax where applicable). By submitting your Try & Buy order, you authorize B by Brandie to charge your card for the full retail price of the collection as displayed on our site, plus sales tax where applicable, if you do not return your Try and Buy sample collection according to the guidelines in this section. This applies to the collections that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
What do I do if the dinnerware arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately so we can apologize profusely and fix our mistakes. Be aware that this is a sample collection and some items may arrive with some wear and tear.
What is considered damaged?
If any piece in the collection is broken (shattered, broken in half, etc.).
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, the Try & Buy Program is only available to the U.S.
